Dr. Hajir Aldaod is a graduate of the Icahn School of Medicine at Mt. Sinai Hospital, specializing in Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology. She also holds a certification in Implant Dentistry from the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, bringing advanced skills and a wealth of experience to the Hayes Cosmetic & Family Dentistry team. Dr. Aldaod is an active member of the American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association, and other professional groups, staying at the forefront of dentistry with ongoing education, annual conferences, and the latest research.
With a passion for helping people feel confident and comfortable, Dr. Aldaod believes in treating every patient like family. Her goal is to make each visit a positive experience, ensuring patients feel informed, at ease, and well cared for.
Beyond the practice, Dr. Aldaod is involved in her community through initiatives like food drives and programs like ARTUGEE, which empowers immigrant women through art. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, cooking, traveling, and spending quality time with her family.
Having practiced dentistry in multiple countries, Dr. Aldaod brings a unique perspective and a warm, inclusive approach to every patient she meets. Her achievements include serving as Chief Resident at Mt. Sinai Hospital and having her research published in journals like Science Direct and JADA.
